So, what it does exactly? This mod creates a fake rain effect, completely invisible, and associates it to the Clear weather from the base game, without touching anything else. This mod aims to give you the possibility of triggering the wet skin texture (And everything else wet texture for that matter) WITHOUT actually needing rain, or the climates associated with rain (clouds, darkness, bad lightning, etc). You'd rather have this wet effect, but without the rain, and even under the brightess of suns? You want to have that wet effect, but without having to be under actual rain, including the clouds and the poor lightning and weather effects that can waste what could have been a perfect screen otherwise? You like how your character look when he is wet and messy, but you don't like rain?
